The registration period for the spring exams will be January 24 - March 4, 2011.
The Fall 2011 exam date is November 18, 2011.

Certification as a Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS) requires passing both the Fundamentals of Soil Science and Professional Practice Examinations. The requirements for certification for both CPSS and Associate Professional Soil Scientist (APSS) are below. The associate status is targeted for soil scientists in training after graduation who do not have the required work experience.

Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested by registration deadline. After the registration deadline, there is no refund but the applicants can request to be rescheduled for one of the next 2 exam dates at a cost of $75.00.

Material Requirements
Exam participants must provide a #2 pencil to mark their answers on the answer sheet. NO exam materials are allowed in the exam site except calculators that perform simple math functions which will be provided. No hand held computers of any type are allowed including but not limited to laptops, palm pilots, advanced memory function calculators, etc.
