The Early Career Members Committee consists of six members (two from each society) who serve three-year terms. Terms are staggered so that one-third of the committee is replaced each year and committee members are appointed by society presidents.

The Early Career Member Committee serves three functions:
1.) Develop programming for early career members at the annual meetings
2.) Serve as the selection committee for the Early Career Professional Award
3.) Obtain input and develop recommendations on ways to better serve early career scientists beyond the activities at the annual meetings (including monthly articles in CSA News).
