Carbon Market C

Carbon Markets Webinar Series: Addressing Risks and Unknowns

A limited series of American Society of Agronomy and Soil Science Society of America webinars produced with the support of American Farmland Trust, American Soybean Association, United Soybean Board, and The Nature Conservancy.

The proliferation of carbon markets is creating both opportunity and confusion in agriculture, including for in-field advisers, agricultural retailers, Extension personnel, and growers. This confusion, largely resulting from the various unknowns associated with these markets, is impeding participation in these market opportunities. This three-part webinar series will explore and address key risks and unknowns associated with carbon markets, so that those interested in entering a carbon market can do so with greater knowledge and confidence.
